Resident Bio

I grew up in Pittsburgh, went to college in Boston, and came back to Pittsburgh for medical school. I was actually born in northern VA just outside of DC & I'm so excited to be in DC for residency. I'm interested in trauma surgery and critical care. I also have a strong interest in medical education as well as in the history of medicine & surgery. I came to GW because of the excellent clinical training and supportive, tight-knit residency. I also love living in Washington, DC because of its diversity, history, and fabulous food scene.
