Resident Bio

I’m from Los Angeles California and went to college at UCLA and medical school in Las Vegas at Touro University Nevada. I completed my intern year with the Valley Health System in Las Vegas and am fortunate enough to be able to continue my training at GW. GW stood out to me because of the strong clinical and surgical training, supportive culture that was evident from the first moment I was able to interact with the faculty and residents, and most importantly to me, GW gave me the opportunity to continue pursing my goal of becoming a surgeon. I have an interest in Colorectal Surgery as well eventually paying forward my training by continuing my involvement with surgical education. Washington DC is my first venture into the east coast and so far, I can say that I am thoroughly blown away by the amount of culture and history surrounding me. I’m look forward to exploring everything that the city has to offer when I’m outside of the operating room!
